1. We work hard to attract, train and retain clients who understand and tolerate volatility as a normal and integral part of long term investing.
2. We do not use products that are expensive and locks are clients in for a long period of time.
3. We value liquidity.
4. The better our clients do, the better off we will be.
5. Our only business objective is to service our clients and help them manage their investments and financial plans.

Three Suggestions:

1. Tell us what is working and will continue to work in near term/future markets in your opinion and why.
2. Give us a good idea for marketing.  We do a lot of it.
3. Give us a unique idea.  

4.  If you are offering a fixed product, give us the rates.

Don’ts:
• Don’t call our office more than once.  That shows us you do not value our time or our staff.
• Don’t show us new products that have no track record.
• Don’t call us if your organization lacks a stable history of ownership.
• Don’t bring information about non-liquid or high expense products.
• Don’t try to debate our beliefs or principles.
